Time to update your headshots? I would love to work with you! Your headshot sessions can be indoors with studio and natural lighting, or outdoors, in a natural setting. Corporate headshot sessions require just 30 minutes ($175, including your favourite 5 digital files), and you are welcome to do a change of top to mix things up a bit! If you wish to book a full hour to provide for more poses/clothing changes, etc, my rate is $275 and includes your favourite 10 images.

That favourite time of year for family photography is just about here! The weather is getting cooler, soon the leaves will be changing colours and it’s time to get those boots, jeans and sweaters out! If you are interested in booking one of my fall family sessions, now is the time! My sessions are $200 for 30 minutes, and include your favourite 10 digital files. Earlier this year I was asked by Jameel (senior stylist and owner of Jameel De Stefano Salon & Spa in Milton) if I would be interested in photographing their hair models, prior to their annual White Party and fashion show, which I gladly accepted! It was a fantastic (and very busy) day, with a team of 5 stylists and makeup artists preparing 16 awesome hair models for the event!

Fall Family Sessions| Milton Oakville Burlington Mississauga

It’s hard to believe September is already here…evenings are starting to get cooler, it’s back to school in just a few short days, and before you know it the leaves are going to start changing!

I am going to be offering a reduced family rate for Fall sessions (continued from late summer…). Packages will be $200 for a 30 minute session, and will include your favourite 10 digital files as well as three beautiful 8×10 prints. Possible locations will include Kelso Conservation Park, Crawford Lake, Lowville Park as well as Mill Pond in Milton. Sessions will be available both evenings and weekends. (This package can also be used for engagement photography, pets or personal portraiture.)

Actor Headshots| Milton Burlington Oakville Mississauga Toronto

There are some people who are just naturals in front of the camera, and this young actor was certainly that! From the very first shot, he was relaxed and responded very well to my prompts! The whole session took about 30 minutes, and in that time we went through 4 different shirt changes, several changes of location/background, as well as many different poses. This is important, especially for a model/actor, since the agencies are going to want to see a variety of photos. Here are a few of the final results! (Did I mention how much I enjoyed working with him?!)

This very talented young lady has been an actress and model with Carolyn’s Model & Talent Agency (Carolyn’s Kids) since the age of 2, and has been in lots of different movies, TV shows, shorts, including her most recent-Odd Squad! She’s also no stranger to getting her headshots updated, and I have been pleased to do this for her for the past few years! (Again, a lot of people ask whether it’s better to do indoor or outdoor shots. A lot will depend on the agency you are with, however in my experience both have been accepted. Last year we did outdoor shots…this year we did indoor due to the weather!)

Model and Actor Headshots | Milton Oakville Mississauga Toronto

Time to catch up on some of my posts! (If you have been following my website and wish to see what I have been up to, make sure you check out my Instagram page, which I update quite frequently!)

Lately I have been getting more and more requests for model and actor headshots in the GTA. I have worked with clients who have been in the field for quite some time, as well as those who are looking at getting started and who need some photos to develop their portfolio. When working with models and actors, I always recommend bringing several changes of clothing. This will enable us to get a variety of different looks, which is important for talent agencies. We also do a variety of styles, from studio shots (with strobe lights) as well as natural light, and sessions can take place either indoors or outdoors.

And now…introducing…

Reagan! Totally reminds me of Kirsten Dunst! She came to me several months ago for her portfolio photo shoot, prior to applying to a model and talent agency in Toronto. I was so happy to hear that she is now signed with Sherrida,! Check out her profile page here! I am certain she is going to have a lot of cool opportunities ahead of her!

Outdoor headshots-Milton Oakville Mississauga Burlington

After a long winter, the beautiful weather has finally arrived and with that comes outdoor headshot sessions in Halton Region! I recently had the opportunity to work with this wonderful couple, Ghada and Sean Davidson of Team Davidson (Remax). They wanted to have updated headshots (individual and team shots) for their social media, their website as well as their advertising needs. They were absolutely lovely to work with and I do highly recommend their services if you are looking for a home in Halton Region. Check out their website here!

Mikkelson Wedding | Milton Oakville Mississauga Burlington Toronto

It has been almost six months since this incredible wedding took place at the beautiful Holcim Waterfront Estate in Mississauga, Ontario. I was so honoured to have been asked to photograph Kate and Brendan’s wedding day, and really I couldn’t have asked for a nicer couple to work with. Everything was perfect…gorgeous weather, breathtaking location, beautiful dresses for the ladies and custom made suits for the men, delicious food and just the most wonderful groomsmen, bridesmaids, family members and guests who kept us entertained and feeling welcomed during the entire day!

I can’t believe how long it has been since I last blogged! Needless to say, things have been very busy! If you are interested in having a look at my latest work, please follow me on Instagram where I post several times a week!

Lately, I have been getting a lot of requests for professional headshots-most people require a good, solid headshot for LinkedIn, for corporate websites, social media, and even for post secondary education. This weekend I had the opportunity to work with a lovely woman who needed some actor headshots to give to casting directors. We scheduled a morning session, two hours later she had her proofs sent to her online, she made her selections, and then the final photos were prepared and sent to her via Dropbox. The whole process took no more than 24 hours! My sessions are $175.00 each, and include the proofs and your five favourite shots (edited of course). I always provide three formats of your headshots: for printing, for online use and for LinkedIn.
