Recently I have done several collaborations with a wonderful makeup artist/hair stylist from Milton-“Arisel Beauty”. These sessions are so much fun, as they allow us to get really creative with hair, makeup, posing, clothing, etc! Here are a few shots of Kristin!

The weather is getting cooler, soon the leaves will be changing colours and it’s time to get those boots, jeans and sweaters out! Meet the new Mr. and Mrs. Taylor! Brad and Danielle tied the knot during a beautiful ceremony held yesterday, August 26, 2017, in Mississauga, Ontario. They exchanged vows in the backyard of Brad’s grandparents…an absolutely lovely setting that was just perfect for the occasion! It was a gorgeous afternoon, and I loved witnessing the strong family bonds and the closest of friends who were all there to celebrate with the newly weds!

Meet Ella. Ella is an avid competitive dancer, actress and model from Southern Ontario who came to see me for an outdoor portrait session. Her goal was to get some great headshots, portraits and dance shots for her portfolio. We found a quaint little spot with some gorgeous natural backdrops, and managed to get quite a variety of photographs in roughly an hour! I absolutely loved working with Ella! Wedding bells are going to be ringing in just a few more weeks…and this time for a very special person. My baby sister. My “little trout”. All grown up. Just can’t believe it! She is marrying a fantastic guy who has quickly become a close member of our family…and that’s not an easy thing to do, especially when there are 4 older siblings involved that had to put him through the wringer! But he has passed all the tests, and he has proven to be nothing but a kind soul, a pure gentleman, and a perfect partner for our Emma. I am so excited to see Emma walk down the aisle in her gorgeous dress, and to start their lives together as newly weds.
It was a beautiful day in July that I got to spend with an amazing couple who had asked me to photograph their wedding. For wedding photography, you definitely want to make sure there is a connection between the clients and the photographer, because you will be spending a lot of time together… Well, that part was easy. Julia and Nathan are some of the most down to earth, caring people…and so fantastic to work with. The location was Halton Museum in Milton, Ontario. The ceremony was set to take place outside, and at the last minute it started to rain. Not a problem… Within 10 minutes everything was moved indoors for an intimate ceremony amongst close family and friends, and by the time it was over, the clouds had moved on and the sun was shining…a perfect beginning to an incredible evening and a lifetime of happiness.
