Earlier this year I was asked by Jameel (senior stylist and owner of Jameel De Stefano Salon & Spa in Milton) if I would be interested in photographing their hair models, prior to their annual White Party and fashion show, which I gladly accepted! It was a fantastic (and very busy) day, with a team of 5 stylists and makeup artists preparing 16 awesome hair models for the event!

Mikkelson Wedding | Milton Oakville Mississauga Burlington Toronto

It has been almost six months since this incredible wedding took place at the beautiful Holcim Waterfront Estate in Mississauga, Ontario. I was so honoured to have been asked to photograph Kate and Brendan’s wedding day, and really I couldn’t have asked for a nicer couple to work with. Everything was perfect…gorgeous weather, breathtaking location, beautiful dresses for the ladies and custom made suits for the men, delicious food and just the most wonderful groomsmen, bridesmaids, family members and guests who kept us entertained and feeling welcomed during the entire day!

Antonia Giroux Photography Weddings

It was a beautiful day in July that I got to spend with an amazing couple who had asked me to photograph their wedding. For wedding photography, you definitely want to make sure there is a connection between the clients and the photographer, because you will be spending a lot of time together… Well, that part was easy. Julia and Nathan are some of the most down to earth, caring people…and so fantastic to work with. The location was Halton Museum in Milton, Ontario. The ceremony was set to take place outside, and at the last minute it started to rain. Not a problem… Within 10 minutes everything was moved indoors for an intimate ceremony amongst close family and friends, and by the time it was over, the clouds had moved on and the sun was shining…a perfect beginning to an incredible evening and a lifetime of happiness.

2013 Ride for Hope

On August 10, 2013, over 80 motorcyclists came together in Halton Region for the 2013 Ride for Hope. I volunteered to photograph this event, along with another member of the Milton Photographers Group, Ryan Chin. It was all for a good cause…to raise money for Hope Place Centers. I met some really cool people at this event, and saw some incredible bikes! Wow. Here are a few captures from the day!
