It has been almost six months since this incredible wedding took place at the beautiful Holcim Waterfront Estate in Mississauga, Ontario. I was so honoured to have been asked to photograph Kate and Brendan’s wedding day, and really I couldn’t have asked for a nicer couple to work with. Everything was perfect…gorgeous weather, breathtaking location, beautiful dresses for the ladies and custom made suits for the men, delicious food and just the most wonderful groomsmen, bridesmaids, family members and guests who kept us entertained and feeling welcomed during the entire day!

It was a cold day in October when I had the chance to finally meet and photograph this amazing (and very beautiful!) couple from Toronto. We had been in communication for several weeks about their upcoming wedding in July 2015, and had decided to do a Fall engagement session at the picturesque Mountsberg Conservation Park in Halton Region. I always highly recommend doing an engagement session…it gives me a chance to get to know you as a couple, to get you comfortable with having your photos taken together before the big day, and it provides so many wonderful memories of this special time… Anyway, these guys were awesome…and even brought along their much loved pooch to be part of the photo shoot! Antonia Giroux Photography Weddings

It was a beautiful day in July that I got to spend with an amazing couple who had asked me to photograph their wedding. For wedding photography, you definitely want to make sure there is a connection between the clients and the photographer, because you will be spending a lot of time together… Well, that part was easy. Julia and Nathan are some of the most down to earth, caring people…and so fantastic to work with. The location was Halton Museum in Milton, Ontario. The ceremony was set to take place outside, and at the last minute it started to rain. Not a problem… Within 10 minutes everything was moved indoors for an intimate ceremony amongst close family and friends, and by the time it was over, the clouds had moved on and the sun was shining…a perfect beginning to an incredible evening and a lifetime of happiness.
