Over the past few years I have done a number of collaborations with dancers and gymnasts across the GTA, including this one with Mia, an incredible dancer with Dance Elite in Milton. These have been some of my favourite sessions, as it allows me to work together with my subjects to come up with fun and creative concepts in different locations across the GTA!

These dance sessions are now available for booking and would be an excellent opportunity for the dancer (or gymnast) in your family to get some beautiful dance portraits! Recently I have done several collaborations with a wonderful makeup artist/hair stylist from Milton-“Arisel Beauty”. These sessions are so much fun, as they allow us to get really creative with hair, makeup, posing, clothing, etc!  Here are a few shots of Kristin!

Time to update your headshots? I would love to work with you! Your headshot sessions can be indoors with studio and natural lighting, or outdoors, in a natural setting. Corporate headshot sessions require just 30 minutes ($175, including your favourite 5 digital files), and you are welcome to do a change of top to mix things up a bit! If you wish to book a full hour to provide for more poses/clothing changes, etc, my rate is $275 and includes your favourite 10 images.

That favourite time of year for family photography is just about here! The weather is getting cooler, soon the leaves will be changing colours and it’s time to get those boots, jeans and sweaters out! If you are interested in booking one of my fall family sessions, now is the time! My sessions are $200 for 30 minutes, and include your favourite 10 digital files. Meet Ella. Ella is an avid competitive dancer, actress and model from Southern Ontario who came to see me for an outdoor portrait session. Her goal was to get some great headshots, portraits and dance shots for her portfolio. We found a quaint little spot with some gorgeous natural backdrops, and managed to get quite a variety of photographs in roughly an hour! I absolutely loved working with Ella! If you are interested in having your own dance portrait session (or of course model/actor portfolio session), I’d love to work with you! My absolute favourite is doing on location shoots…so make sure you book before the cold weather comes!

Many of my corporate clients come to me for headshots, having put off the process for a long time, and quite often dreading the idea of having headshots taken. Well, after the sessions, they frequently let me know that it was a fun, easy going and pretty painless process! A headshot session with me will take about 30 minutes, and I always try to get a variety of looks: different backgrounds, poses, smiles and more serious looks, and of course a change of clothing as well in order to provide a little variety! My headshot sessions are $175 + hst, and include your favourite 5 digital files which are professionally edited. Loved working with this talented (and beautiful) girl! We did a variety of looks for her, using different backgrounds, both studio and natural window lighting, and of course several changes of clothing! The whole process took under an hour and she had her final edited shots within a few days! Earlier this year I was asked by Jameel (senior stylist and owner of Jameel De Stefano Salon & Spa in Milton) if I would be interested in photographing their hair models, prior to their annual White Party and fashion show, which I gladly accepted! It was a fantastic (and very busy) day, with a team of 5 stylists and makeup artists preparing 16 awesome hair models for the event!

Fall Family Sessions| Milton Oakville Burlington Mississauga

It’s hard to believe September is already here…evenings are starting to get cooler, it’s back to school in just a few short days, and before you know it the leaves are going to start changing!

I am going to be offering a reduced family rate for Fall sessions (continued from late summer…). Packages will be $200 for a 30 minute session, and will include your favourite 10 digital files as well as three beautiful 8×10 prints. Possible locations will include Kelso Conservation Park, Crawford Lake, Lowville Park as well as Mill Pond in Milton. Sessions will be available both evenings and weekends. (This package can also be used for engagement photography, pets or personal portraiture.)

There are some people who are just naturals in front of the camera, and this young actor was certainly that! From the very first shot, he was relaxed and responded very well to my prompts! The whole session took about 30 minutes, and in that time we went through 4 different shirt changes, several changes of location/background, as well as many different poses. This is important, especially for a model/actor, since the agencies are going to want to see a variety of photos. Here are a few of the final results! (Did I mention how much I enjoyed working with him?!)
