If you are a realtor or business owner and social media is an important part of your business, consider doing a branding session so that you’ll have lots of great content for the upcoming year. Not only will the photographs be useful for your social media, but also for all of your website, advertising and marketing needs. Before your branding session, we will chat about the type of work you do and gather ideas about the best types of shots that will really help make your business stand out from the competition! During the session I will focus on getting some great headshots, detail shots, action shots as well as environmental portraits. The best type of location for branding photography is certainly your own office or home, or a place which is meaningful to you, so my branding photography is all done on location. Concerned about the lighting? No problem! I come equipped with high end cameras, lenses as well as professional lighting so that you and your location will look amazing!

I first met her during her professional headshot session with me in 2020 (still love those headshots!) but this time she wanted to get some more content for her social media. We had so much fun taking these shots, and she now certainly has lots of photographs to keep things interesting for a long time! Meet Julie Lafleur from JulieLaf Optimal Energy. Julie contacted me during the summer because she was revamping her website and wanted some up-to-date photography that really showcased who she was and the type of work she does for her clients-Reiki Healing, EFT Tapping as well as energy sessions and coaching. She wanted her website to reflect her own work and clinic as opposed to purchasing stock images from a website. So we set up the shoot to be as real and authentic as Julie is herself! (If you know her you will understand what I mean! Julie is the most wonderful person!) Here are some of the images we captured, with the help of one of her clients as well as her beautiful family and two golden retrievers! Recently I’ve been doing a lot more dance photography which has been so much fun! Here are a few of my recent dance shots from a photo shoot in Georgetown. It was a great collaboration with Erin Cowton from Freak your Fitness in Milton! She’s an incredible dance trainer and flexibility/conditioning specialist. I first met Erin when I photographed her daughter, Skye, who is an unbelievable contortionist and rhythmic dancer. We have collaborated several times now with groups of dancers from across the GTA.

Over the past few years I have done a number of collaborations with dancers and gymnasts across the GTA, including this one with Mia, an incredible dancer with Dance Elite in Milton. These have been some of my favourite sessions, as it allows me to work together with my subjects to come up with fun and creative concepts in different locations across the GTA!

Meet Ella. Ella is an avid competitive dancer, actress and model from Southern Ontario who came to see me for an outdoor portrait session. Her goal was to get some great headshots, portraits and dance shots for her portfolio. We found a quaint little spot with some gorgeous natural backdrops, and managed to get quite a variety of photographs in roughly an hour! I absolutely loved working with Ella! Many of my corporate clients come to me for headshots, having put off the process for a long time, and quite often dreading the idea of having headshots taken. Well, after the sessions, they frequently let me know that it was a fun, easy going and pretty painless process! A headshot session with me will take about 30 minutes, and I always try to get a variety of looks: different backgrounds, poses, smiles and more serious looks, and of course a change of clothing as well in order to provide a little variety! My headshot sessions are $175 + hst, and include your favourite 5 digital files which are professionally edited.
